Reiki Level I Combination Kundalini/Energy Medicine
***All Reiki portions of the class follow the curriculum of the International Center Reiki Training (ICRT) and are facilitated by licensed Reiki Master Teacher, Paige Valdiserri, LPC, NCC, BCETS, RMT.
This is a one day integrated Reiki I Practitioner certification class with an integration of Kundalini breath and energy based techniques. This class is for anyone interested in learning techniques to integrate into their current practice/work, for self-healing or to begin their own Reiki/Energy medicine practice. Reiki (Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy) is a gentle, yet powerful hands-on healing Japanese therapy that works to bring the body back into balance, positively affecting the body-mind-spirit as a whole, by assisting healing on all levels. This method aids the body in releasing stress and tension through deep relaxation, creates a deep sense of inner peace, calm and serenity and restores energy, balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress. Reiki supports any medical or healing method a client may be using.
