Description

Paige’s insight into what lies beyond this earthly realm and her experience assisting those transitioning through the dying process will touch you, challenge you, and possibly transform the way you look at the world. This book is a must-read for those dealing with chronic illness, disease or severe medical conditions, including the patients themselves and especially their caregivers, as well as behavioral health and medical practitioners looking to expand their toolkit of modalities to improve patient care. It also offers an innovative approach to the healing process based on the integration of traditional and non-traditional methods and will demonstrate how tapping into and utilizing the power of the body and its innate wisdom, as well as the mystical gifts that are within us all, is the missing link in the healing process.

Beginning with the unusual circumstances in which she was brought into this world and the clairvoyant gifts that were passed down to her from her grandmother, Paige reveals a number of extremely personal experiences from which to challenge your conception of life, death, and beyond. She offers a very personal experience with ‘death’ during her time in NYC following 9/11 and how this insight not only helps assist her clients but offers a way of conceptualizing death in a different way. Two chapters are devoted to her work with a young nursing student who succumbed to triple negative breast cancer at the tender age of 28 but continues to send messages to her family while also working through Paige to assist her with her current clients. This includes one of the most powerful and heartfelt messages from the mother of the young woman and should be read by any parent who has had to deal with the grieving process of losing their child. She also describes the painstaking ordeal of what it was like to be a caregiver for her husband as he battled through a four-year struggle with a mysterious chronic illness and offers guidance for those struggling with the caregiving role. This book will take you on a unique journey from start to finish and will leave you with a much different perspective on the healing process and how we can find meaning in the most difficult of times, even if that means trusting in messages from places we never imagined. Enjoy discovering the meaning behind Paige’s ‘red bag’ as you begin to pack your own ‘red bag.’

I couldn’t put the book down.
Very simply, the hope and focus on connections. The unknown being revealed, the whimsy of daydreaming bout what hidden things might be like. Entirely open to interpretation and how it could apply to practice in our lives. The giving and being of service tugs at me too. I love it.

The Red Bag flows like clean water through my mind, heart, and spirit. It is a “forever” companioning book for those of us who feel a bit like we are in exile in this earth world because it is filled with stories, allusions and metaphors, and strong wisdom that we are and always have been supported, nurtured, and guided by the unseen realms of Spirit. Thank you for living your life with such courage, understanding, wisdom, and truthfulness regarding the unseen worlds and dimensions. We are all blessed.

Finished reading Paige’s new book “The Red Bag” last night. My advice is not to start reading too late as I was up till midnight because I could not put the book down. An inspiring tale of a life journey through turmoil and the beauty that grew out of it. This book will change how you experience life.

Paige has certainly lived through her fair share of trials and tribulations, and she has managed to turn those experiences into an opportunity to help those of us struggling to cope with our own trauma. In my case, I suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm that required emergency surgery. It had come with no warning. The months following this incident left me feeling very insecure, and I found myself questioning my life’s purpose. A friend of mine had posted a link on Facebook which featured Paige and her thoughts on dealing with personal trauma.

I ordered her book, “The Red Bag” and recently completed it. It has definitely made me realize that I am not alone, and that my feelings of insecurity and anxiety are quite normal. It has provided a good coping mechanism for me. Paige uses her special gifts of tapping into life beyond this earthly realm to assure us of the continuation of our journey beyond this life and to provide solid perspective for those of us with our own individual hurts. I highly recommend this book for anyone seeking comfort following a personal trauma.

I felt such peace and hope after reading this book. Your way of writing is just as your therapy is…gentle, easily understood…hopeful…powerful…thought provoking. There are so many ways that a reader can feel what you are writing…the importance of it…the hopefulness of it. How amazing it must feel that you have helped so many in such profound ways. Your husband’s journey (and your description of it..) will most likely resonate with many people; It was a powerful example of integrative healing. I am so encouraged and profoundly pleased with the book. Thank you Paige…you are indeed a blessing to me and to so many others. You have created something very special in this book, because it is an extension of your spiritual self and your incredible gifts.

This was by far one of the most inspirational and transformational books I have ever read. While reading the book it felt just like I was in the same room with Paige having a conversation, not reading. The journey she and her husband were on together is an amazing and inspirational story. Their honesty in describing a deeply personal event is so beautiful. There were several other chapters that really spoke to me, but I have to say my favorite chapter was “Should Is Shit”. So very true! Thank you Paige for sharing all of this information with me!
